All opals and other gemstones are shipped in boxes and padded envelopes, to ensure that the items reach the destination safely.

Custom Duties and Taxes: Any charges associated with Customs and Duties is your responsibility.

We use multiple shipping services, depending on destination, as well as purchase value.

All shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout. 

Shipping rates (USD):

Our rates are based on Canadian dollar and can change slightly at the checkout, depending on currency exchange rate.

For domestic Canadian sales: Standard shipping $15, Express shipping $23.

For cross-border U.S. sales:  Standard shipping $15, Express shipping (DHL) $35

For international E.U. + Norway, Switzerland, U.K. sales: Standard shipping rate $23, Express shipping with DHL $45

For the rest of the World: Standard Flat rate $60
