Shipping policy

All opals and other gemstones are shipped in boxes and padded envelopes, to ensure that the items reach the destination safely.

Custom Duties and Taxes: Any charges associated with Customs and Duties is your responsibility.

We use multiple shipping services, depending on destination, as well as purchase value.

All shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout.

At the moment there are some shipping limitations, and if you can't complete your checkout, please contact us through the form in contacts.

Shipping rates (EUR):

Our rates are based on Euro and can change slightly at the checkout, depending on currency exchange rate.

For domestic Latvian sales: Standard shipping €2, we are using Latvian Post packomats.

For sales in Baltic countries: Standard tracked shipping is €5

For European Union + Norway, Switzerland and U.K sales:  Standard tracked shipping €10

For the rest of the World: Standard Flat rate €15
