A pear shaped dark blue Australian opal will get noticed anywhere. This opal is rather large and will show up wonderfully in any type of jewellery, but especially in pendant or ring.

Please note that my camera picks up more blue colour than is visible with an eye. This opal shows more dark blue tones.
